PSYPACT
Online Therapy in 40 States

What is PSYPACT?

PSYPACT authorized psychologists are able to provide online therapy services to patients who reside in participating states

What does this mean for you?

If you are physically located in a PSYPACT-participating state at the time of your appointment, I may be authorized to provide psychological services to you through telehealth under PSYPACT.

Because each state has its own laws and requirements, PSYPACT authorization does not automatically mean services are available in every state. Your location at the time of each session is important, and you will be asked to confirm where you are physically located when receiving services.

Participating States

As of 2026, PSYPACT participation is best presented as participating states and jurisdictions. This list updates periodically.

Active states include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

For the most current information, you may also visit the official PSYPACT website.
