ABOUT
Noelle Vann
I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, parenting stress, adjustment challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns such as pregnancy and postpartum mood or anxiety disorders. I provide therapy designed to help develop coping skills, strengthen resilience, and move through life transitions with greater confidence.
My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to each person’s needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Together we’ll build a supportive therapeutic relationship and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
